Booking Policy for Pool Day Pass at The Anchorage Hub Thank you for your interest in purchasing a pool day pass at The Anchorage Hub. Please read the following booking policy carefully before making your reservation: 1. Pool Access Hours Pool access is available from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM on the reserved date. 2. Food and Drinks Guests are permitted to bring their own food and drinks. Please ensure all garbage and waste are disposed of properly in designated bins. A cleaning fee will be charged for any mess left behind. 3. Safety and Supervision No lifeguard is on duty during your visit. Guests swim at their own risk; The Anchorage Hub assumes no liability for accidents or injuries. 4. Personal Belongings The Anchorage Hub takes no responsibility for any loss or damage to personal items. 5. Booking and Cancellation Policy Reservations must be made in advance through our booking system or reception. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled visit to receive a full refund. 6. Conduct and Rules Guests must adhere to all posted pool rules and regulations. Inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to excessive noise, intoxication, or harassment of other guests, will result in immediate removal without refund. 7. Fees and Charges The day pass fee is US$10 or EC$20. Additional charges may apply for cleaning fees due to excessive mess left behind. 8. Children Policy Children under the age of 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times. 9.
